- A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the engineering industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel
- Experience with Oracle Sage and other accounting software
- Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Excellent problem solving/judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various departments
