• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset
• Recruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape
• Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience
• Ensure all compliance standards are met

Role supports execution of store strategy in collaboration with General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager to achieve performance goals

• Current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience; high school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members to meet goals
• Passion for retail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and driven by metrics to deliver business results
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor others to develop performance and skills
• Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, overnight and weekends
• Comfortable using retail technology and able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office; able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Store-based role located at 01817 ON Ridge Mktplace; requires flexible scheduling including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts

Ability to travel as required and to lift up to 30 pounds
