They will build sustainable systems to strengthen the organization’s grant development and fundraising capacity, create a data-management system to support accurate reporting and continuous improvement, and develop communication materials, organizational policies, and training resources that ensure safe, effective program operations aligned with Athletics United’s mission Permits working at another job during off hours , Permits attendance at school during off hours

• Successful completion of a one-year service term qualifies all VISTA members for either an education award of $7,395 or a cash stipend of $1,800 (direct deposit)
