- 12 Hour Night Shift 5pm/6pm - 5:30am/6:30am
- This schedule repeats every two weeks
Job Purpose: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and performing mechanical repairs on all assigned equipment, including basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems at the component level (e.g., packaging, conveying, processing or facilities equipment, etc)
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, failed components, and centerline adjustments
- Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and support operations with equipment set up and changeover
- Document Work Orders (WOs) and PMs using computerized maintenance management system (SAP) for Plant maintenance functions
- Some fabrication and/or machinist work; trained as required
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Teams, train operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AMs) activities and participate in Breakdown Analysis/Elimination efforts
- Adheres to Maintenance and Repair costs while follow Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
- Assists Operations with Anomaly Handling
