• Launch Operations (Onboarding): Own the new hire lifecycle from day one to ensure a smooth launch, ensuring every new crew member is integrated and ready to contribute.
• The Source of Truth: Centralize our documentation and processes. You will build a transparent knowledge base that allows our team to move at the speed of spaceflight without getting lost in the details.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in People Operations, with at least 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Systems & Process: Proven experience leading systems implementations and driving process optimizations. You should love taking a messy, manual workflow and automating it into something seamless.
• Employee Experience & Events: You have a track record of planning and executing company events and driving culture initiatives that tangibly improve the employee lifecycle.
• AI Forward: Strong appetite for learning and innovating with AI tools and platforms to transform people services.

• L&D: Exposure to creating learning content or administering an LMS.

Industry: Previous experience scaling operations in a high-growth hardware or aerospace environment.

Base pay is a single component of Astranis's total rewards package, which may also include equity in the form of incentive stock options, high quality company-subsidized healthcare, disability and life insurance benefits, flexible PTO, 401(K) retirement, and free on-site catered meals.

Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
