Embedded Systems EngineerSunstone Engineering is a growing OEM of precision micro-welding equipment. We design and manufacture all products in-house, providing engineers with full ownership from concept through production.We are hiring an Embedded Systems Engineer with experience in both PCB design and embedded firmware development. This is a hands-on role working directly with real hardware in a fast-paced product development environment.

· Design digital and analog circuits (schematic capture + multi-layer PCB layout) · Develop embedded firmware in C/C++ for 32-bit microcontrollers · Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing products (hardware and firmware) · Perform root cause analysis and implement design improvements · Support and improve current product line for reliability and manufacturability · Contribute to new product development from concept through production · Work with communication interfaces: USB, SPI, I2C, Ethernet · Design analog signal chains (op-amps, filters, ADC/DAC) · Debug systems using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers · Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams

· 4–8 years of embedded systems experience · Experience with both hardware and firmware · Strong Embedded C/C++ skills · PCB design experience (Altium, SolidWorks PCB, KiCad, etc.) · Experience with bare-metal or RTOS systems · Understanding of analog and digital circuit design
