- 2+ years of experience as an L2 Application Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Azure Cloud Technologies
- Proficiency in PowerShell, KQL queries, SQL, and MongoDB
- Knowledge of Web Application Architecture and APIs
- Familiarity with ITSM practices and ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
- Experience with scripting or automation for support tasks
- Exposure to cloud monitoring tools and DevOps practices
