- This Senior Manager, Oracle Health Government Services (OHGS) position is responsible for leading the performance improvement segment of the Value Realization practice, overseeing performance improvement consultants and learning/ program developers
- They will guide strategic conversations surrounding performance improvement and key metrics, ensure the execution of critical events and deliverables, and lead value realization efforts across VA sites
- This manager-level position provides operational leadership for Value Realization and VITAL activities, ensuring strategic conversations surrounding performance improvement are aligned with the Value Realization Framework
- The Senior Manager oversees teams that identify performance improvement opportunities impacting operational metrics, as well as individuals who design, plan, and facilitate the VITAL program
- The role emphasizes people leadership, portfolio accountability, and executive engagement, ensuring Oracle Health delivers measurable improvements in productivity, adoption, safety, and Veteran outcomes across the Federal EHR program
- Manage and mentor Performance Improvement Consultants, learning strategists, and learning leaders, ensuring high performance and professional growth
- Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement across the Value Realization team
- Guide teams in identifying and applying performance improvement methodologies
- Value Realization Strategy & Execution
- Lead execution of the Value Realization Framework across the federal program, ensuring alignment with VA strategic goals and deployment timelines
- Manages client engagements, and overseeing initiatives, ensuring that the strategy aligns with the VA’s goals for EHR implementation, system adoption, and value realization
- Identify and communicate key opportunities impacting local operational metrics and future state workflows
- Proactively assess opportunities and workflows that impact key metrics and performance outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies
- Portfolio & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent Value Realization as a performance improvement leader in VA and Oracle cross-functional engagements
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights into adoption progress, barriers, and opportunities for optimization
- Ensure delivery excellence and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, outcomes-driven delivery
- Operational Accountability
- Accountable for operational and financial metrics of the performance improvement, learning strategist and learning leader Value Realization portfolio
- Ensure best practices, operational policies, and continuous process improvements are applied across the team
