• 6:00AM to 2:30PM / 3:00PM to 11:30PM
• The Warehouse Order Puller is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment according to customer orders
• This role ensures efficient workflow within the warehouse by maintaining organization, accuracy, and safety standards
• Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick tickets, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing
• Prepare and stage orders for shipment or delivery
• Replenish picking areas and maintain stock levels as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely and responsibly (if certified)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Communicating with supervisors or warehouse leads regarding shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies
• Fast-paced warehouse or distribution center setting
• May involve exposure to varying temperatures depending on the facility

Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Requires heavy lifting up to 50lbs
• Requires being exact or highly accurate—occasional forklift operation
• Ability to read and interpret order forms, invoices, and shipping labels
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand, bend, or walk for long periods Team-oriented with good communication skills

This position also requires excellent attendance, an average of 2 years of experience serving customers, having a positive attitude, above-average computer use, familiarity with fastener and tool supply knowledge, and must be able to lift up to 50lbs Requires repetitive movement, bending, twisting, walking, and standing
