The successful candidate for this position will be onsite at Goldin an eBay Company - Goldin is a high-end sports, trading card and memorabilia auction company that was acquired by eBay in 2024 and is based in Runnemede, New Jersey. This role is not eligible for Remote work. Job Description: Goldin is the leading collectibles marketplace, connecting culture, sports, entertainment, and history through some of the most iconic items in the world. As our brand continues to grow, we’re looking for an Events Coordinator who lives and breathes events and knows how to turn casual encounters into impactful experiences. This role will support Goldin’s Event Team, helping manage weekly tradeshows while also playing a key role in growing our stewardship and niche events and audience. This role reports to The Sr. Event Producer and will work from our Runnemede, NJ office. This individual will have a frontline role that helps connect Goldin clients and the collectibles they love.
Attendance at the National Convention is required and will be hosted in a different city each year - the timeframe is the last week of July through the first week of August annually
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines, logistics, budgets, and follow-through execution
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
