• Position Summary: Our General Helpers supports facility operations by performing a wide range of manual tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• This includes distributing supplies, assisting with routine maintenance, and completing general cleaning and painting projects throughout the facility
• The role requires safe use of tools, ladders, and floor cleaning equipment, and supports both Facilities and Engineering teams as needed
• Distribution and racking of supplies and parts to various departments
• General cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment as needed
• Painting fixtures, floor markings, walls, and equipment
• Seasonal cleaning indoor and outdoors at facilities
• Complete facilities related projects as assigned by Facilities and/or Engineering
• Safely utilize ladders and similar equipment
• Regularly operate floor sweeper and clean throughout the facility
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks
• Additional duties as assigned

Regularly moves about the facility

• High school diploma/GED (General Equivalency Diploma) or one year related industrial experience or equivalent training
• Ability to use and care for common hand tools
• Demonstrate strong basic math and measuring skills
• Cooperatively works and interacts with various departments
• Regularly stands, bends, and reaches for extended periods
• Personal protective equipment is required

Continuous participation in company safety training

Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to general instructions, direction, and correspondence, both oral and written
