- You have a minimum of 2 years cooking experience, preferably in high volume, fast paced environments
- You have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- You are able to work with accuracy and speed in a clean, sanitary and organized way
- You must be comfortable working a full-time schedule, with some varying hours
- You must be comfortable working on your feet for long periods of time
- You must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 30lbs
