- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a services, pre-sales, client success or similar technical, client facing role at an enterprise software company
- Hands-on configuration of DealCloud, Salesforce, MS Dynamics or an equivalent platform
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into solution requirements
- Technically adept; able to learn how to configure Intapp applications through hands-on practice
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow established patterns and processes
- High energy, collaborative, and eager to learn from senior team members
- Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment
- Comfortable presenting in team settings with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with AI prompt engineering and/or agentic workflow builders is a distinct advantage
