## Role Overview Tennr is focused on reducing delays and denials in specialist referrals by automating the qualification process using its RaeLM™ platform

• This role is ideal for candidates with experience in front-end intake, operations compliance, authorizations submission, clinical review, or audit/appeals review within the specialty pharmaceutical or infusions therapy space

The position involves detailed review of clinical documentation and model-generated authorization outcomes to ensure alignment with payer authorization and medical necessity criteria *## Key Responsibilities - Review model outputs to improve criteria determinations.**

• Flag incorrect determinations including false positives, false negatives, and unclear logic with structured feedback. - Compare documentation against Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer coverage policies
• Analyze source materials such as insurance policies and Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) to validate qualification logic. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine prompting logic and improve documentation review standards

Maintain clear documentation of findings and contribute to process improvements ## Required Qualifications - Hands-on infusions/specialty pharmacy (SP) experience in roles such as intake, documentation review, case management, and clinical review Confidence in identifying when documentation meets or fails to meet payer requirements

• Comfortable reviewing insurance coverage policies and applying them to real-world cases
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and confident making policy-based decisions

Ability to work independently and value open communication within a remote team setting

## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $55,000 - $57,000 annually
