As a Commercial Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) you will monitor and analyze regional performance, competitor behavior, and demand trends to propose actions on pricing, sales, and marketing. You manage fare processes, implement commercial initiatives, and provide insights to achieve business goals.
About the Role
- Monitors and analyzes demand patterns and competitor behavior.
- Supports and coordinates commercial activities in Mexico region (promotions, marketing and sales campaigns, A/B tests, activations).
- Builds and governs campaign calendars (ie. CRM, social, paid, partnerships).
- Owns country briefings for M&S channels (ie. budget, bi-weekly cadence).
- Identifies customer and ancillary product opportunities (ie. Discount/Corporate programs, special products, customer groups).
- Maintains overview of market news and competitive landscape in Mexico.
- Collects country-specific e-commerce needs, builds business cases and pitches them.
- Follows up on customer trends and segment performance.
- Drives profitable market expansion and growth acceleration for Mexico.
- Protects budget and revenue goals.
- About You
- Bachelor´s Degree on Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Economy, or similar .
- 2- 3 on similar role within the Commercial or Marketing Department.
- Strong analytical skills, strong in funnel economics, NOI / ROAS interpretation, and turning data into concrete business recommendations
- Passion for building markets, scaling operations and driving profitable expansion
- Excellent cross-communication and presentation skill , able to manage multiple initiatives, budgets and stakeholders with high follow-up discipline.
- You feel comfortable in an environment with a lot of freedom and do not need constant guidance
- Fluent in English
