• The Warehouse Ops Team Lead will oversee all regional logistics and warehouse operations supporting data center infrastructure, for our locations in region
• This role manages multiple Logistics Team Leads and ensures consistency, scalability, and compliance of logistics processes across sites
• The manager owns strategic planning, vendor relations, operational performance, and continuous improvement of logistics systems to support business growth and global expansion

• Act as the primary logistics escalation point for Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, warehouse providers, and customs agents
• Align logistics strategies with compliance, export control, and safety requirements
• Provide strategic reporting to senior management on logistics performance, risks, and initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or data center operations
• Proven track record of managing multi-site logistics teams
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Understanding of ERP/WMS systems and international shipping processes
