• Your role as a Data Analyst Intern
• Support business analyst in report creation and automating workflows
• The role will focus on building systems and data visualization solutions throughout the organization
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data mining, analysis and interpretation with BI tools
• Participate in the development of data models to better understand the business and related patterns
• Help research and implement analytical data strategies
• Developing and refining ad hoc report request from various organizational departments
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance
• Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity

Gather and document data requirements from business users

• Must be a current student working toward a degree in Business Analytics
• Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling
• Intellectually curious with good problem -solving skills
• Basic to intermediate SQL and/or Python skills
• Can work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Junior status or above
• Analytical
