• We are seeking interns to support our research, ideally starting in spring 2026 for a duration of six months
• Engage in an X-ray system research project with the support of ZEISS XRM research scientists

Work with a dynamic research team from diverse technical backgrounds through all stages of the project and communicate research results to the broader XRM group

• This position concerns the design, integration, and characterization of high-resolution X-ray systems
• Experience prototyping imaging systems with off-the-shelf optomechanics
• Experience with motor control and digital image acquisition
• Experience in optical design
• Strong scientific communication skills

In the process of acquiring an advanced degree in science or engineering

• The hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $29.00
