Обязанности

  • The TPRM function will play a critical role in protecting the organisation from financial, operational, compliance, reputational, and ESG risks
  • We are establishing a new Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function to strengthen the Group’s approach to managing risks arising from suppliers, service providers, and other external partners
  • This new capability will be embedded across the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring consistent standards of due diligence, monitoring, and governance
  • The TPRM Analyst will support the rollout and operation of the Group’s Third-Party Risk Management framework
  • The role will focus on conducting due diligence, performing risk assessments, and maintaining oversight of third-party relationships across the Group and its subsidiaries
  • The Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and effectively managed
  • Execute key elements of the supplier onboarding process, including conducting due diligence and risk assessments on new and existing third parties across the Group
  • Support the rollout and embedding of the TPRM framework across subsidiaries
  • Review and analyse supplier information, certifications, financial statements, and responses to risk questionnaires
  • Maintain accurate records in the TPRM platform, ensuring all due diligence activity is logged and auditable
  • Contribute to the risk tiering of third parties and assist in ongoing monitoring
  • Support remediation of risk findings and track action plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Data Privacy

Identify opportunities to improve and streamline TPRM processes and tools

Требования

  • Specialist skills and experience
  • Experience in third party risk management, vendor risk, compliance, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance obligations (e.g., anti-bribery, GDPR, ESG including human rights)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
  • Competencies/behaviours
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, with a focus on high-quality outcomes
  • Curious and proactive, with the ability to investigate and problem-solve
  • Collaborative team player, able to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a developing, evolving function
