• Role
• Lead the monthly inventory subledger reconciliation process, including reconciling transactions between our MES tool and ERP subledger
• Be a key contributor in building out the satellite costing function
• Identify and resolve complex issues, data discrepancies, and process bottlenecks to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with the broader accounting team on month-end and year-end closing activities

Support financial audits and SOX compliance initiatives by providing necessary documentation and process insights

• 3+ years of professional experience in inventory accounting and costing
• Experience in a high-growth manufacturing, hardware, or tech environment
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex operational issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• A proactive and organized approach, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• You thrive in structured chaos, balancing a sense of urgency with a high bar for precision and integrity

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite manufacturing module
• Deep knowledge of PLM and MES flows

The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position. Base Salary $105,000 — $145,000 USD U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
