In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in maintaining the Sprout HR systems by managing user accounts, resolving issues and providing training and providing comprehensive training for employees, leaders, offshore approvers and stakeholders.

- What you’ll do
- System administration and Life cycle management
- Create and manage user accounts across both Sprout platforms.
- Execute system updates for employee movements, promotions, and offboarding to ensure access is managed accurately.
- Maintain and analyze HR databases, ensuring data integrity through regular enquiries and audits of HR documents.
- Configuration and Quality Assurance
- Ensure quality and timely implementation of system features through accurate configuration tracking.
- Audit HR processes and employee details to ensure the systems reflect the “source of truth”.
- Implement advanced system configurations to optimize HRIS performance.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in both systems.
- Provide headcount, turnover, and payroll cost reports.
- Analyze trends
- Training and Support
- Conduct system orientations and training.
- Act as level 2 support for employee and manager queries regarding system functionality.
- Stay updated on new feature releases for both platforms and recommend optimizations.
- What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years hands-on experience as administrator for Sprout.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experienced in analyzing HRIS performance metrics to drive process improvements
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy during system configuration and auditing
- Ability to train employees, leaders, and offshore stakeholders on system usage and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive personnel data and keep all information strictly confidential
Ability to collaborate with offshore approvers and local HR teams to ensure system efficiency
