In this strategic role, you will guide the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge distributed data storage services, influence the future of OCI's AI infrastructure roadmap, and collaborate closely with key customers and partners to prototype the next generation of platform capabilities

• Build and lead a high-impact engineering team focused on rapid innovation
• Evaluate and experiment with emerging infrastructure technologies and develop the next generation offerings of OCI's AI Platform
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate R&D findings into actionable strategies that enhance OCI's AI platform capabilities
• Launch and drive joint innovation pilots in collaboration with strategic customers and ecosystem partners

Influence cross-functional stakeholders and OCI leadership by providing thought leadership in AI infrastructure trends and technologies *Responsibilities**

• Demonstrated success driving prototyping initiatives from concept through implementation in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence executive and cross-functional teams *Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.**

• Proven experience leading technical innovation teams in Data Storage, Database and Distributed Systems domains

10+ years of engineering or R&D experience, with significant leadership in infrastructure, or systems architecture

• US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,500 to $291,800 per annum
