  • The role focuses on data‑driven HR processes, compliance, and scalable operations across multiple countries and payroll jurisdictions
  • Own and standardize end‑to‑end HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee data management) across several countries
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each jurisdiction
  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs for multiple jurisdictions and maintain accurate monthly payroll data
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll consistency and resolve discrepancies
  • Build HR process infrastructure from scratch—workflows, templates, documentation, and data models
  • Evaluate and implement HR tools and develop scalable processes before digitalization
  • Create standard operating procedures and policy documents for all core HR processes
  • Develop and own core HR metrics and build monthly dashboards and trend reports
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and analyze outcomes to identify improvement areas
  • Support recruitment activity with structured tasks such as job description drafting and pipeline tracking

Maintain headcount plans, hiring forecasts, and HR budget data and ensure all HR operations meet compliance and audit standards

Требования

  • 3+ years in HR Operations, HR analytics, or similar roles—ideally in a fast‑scaling tech or startup environment
  • Strong data and analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets abilities
  • Experience handling multi‑country payroll preparation or payroll data management
  • Comfort working without an existing HRIS and enthusiasm for building processes and choosing tools from scratch
  • Process orientation, documentation skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage operational workflows across multiple jurisdictions and departments
  • Turn data insights into actionable recommendations
