SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance awareness and engagement
Manage and create content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and printed materials
Oversee branding consistency across all communications and promotional materials
Work closely with the Programs team to promote events
Develop relationships with media outlets to increase press coverage of programs and events
Assist with special events, including the annual Gala and community outreach activities
Capture and curate photography and videography content that highlights camp experiences and impact
Maintain and update the organization’s website with relevant and engaging content
Collaborate with the Happy Hollow team to ensure marketing initiatives align with the organization’s mission and goals
Other duties as assigned
Member Duties : The Happy Hollow Marketing Coordinator position is a 1200-hour role from September 28, 2025, to August 31, 2026
Reporting to the Director of Mission Advancement, this person will join a small team to aid with the creation and implementation of marketing efforts, across all channels
The position will focus on digital marketing and outreach efforts to engage campers and parents throughout the year

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for youth development, outdoor education, and nonprofit work
Ability to work some evenings and weekends for events and community outreach
Must pass a federal, state, and National Sex Offender background check
