• Recruit exceptional A‑Players to join Revolut’s rapidly growing teams
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Develop and refine interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience
• Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
• Facilitate a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
• Screen CVs and interview prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice
• Drive the offer process and close candidates
• Be a subject‑matter expert in your specialist market

Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods

• Consistently ensure a fantastic candidate experience
• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience)
• Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high‑growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Business acumen with the ability to learn and adapt to new domains quickly, supporting cross‑functional recruitment efforts
• Experience working in a high‑volume hiring environment
• Solid organisational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
• Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• High ambition, self‑motivation, and passion for our vision
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper‑growth start‑up, and/or fintech
