Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities. As the Social Media & Marketing Executive , you will take full ownership of Wheely’s social media presence and play a central role in the delivery of our marketing communications. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative across digital platforms, growing and engaging our community, and supporting integrated campaigns that drive awareness.
- You will work cross-functionally with partnerships, events, and design teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with Wheely’s tone, values, and premium positioning.

- Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with campaign calendars and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Event Manager and Head of Partnerships to deliver impactful social coverage of events and partner activations.
- Oversee content production end-to-end: briefing design and creative teams, coordinating shoots, selecting visuals, and approving content prior to publishing.
- Provide on-site support at key events for live coverage and real-time community engagement.
- Grow and maintain the ambassador programme in partnership with the Head of Partnerships.
- Track, analyse, and report on social performance monthly, using insights to inform future content and strategy.
- Manage and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring timely, on-brand content delivery across platforms.
- Create clear and compelling campaign briefs and messaging frameworks (e.g. for product launches, promotions, or seasonal campaigns).
- Write marketing copy across owned channels, maintaining a consistent, premium tone of voice.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Support the delivery and analysis of integrated campaigns, working closely with internal teams to track performance.
- Manage above-the-line initiatives such as OOH, inflight, and print placements, in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
