• Support three executives with calendar coordination and management
• Meeting and appointment scheduling
• Meet with key players across companies and Capitol Hill to coordinate calendars
• Prepare presentations and meeting agendas
• Handle decision follow-up, information management, and travel logistics

Special projects and other tasks as assigned

• 2+ years of complex calendaring and scheduling experience
• A bachelor's degree is required
• Proven project management experience
• Strong proficiencies in Office , especially Outlook
