- As an Ambassador of the Maison, you achieve and exceed sales targets as directed by management, proactively develop your client portfolio, and ensure a unique client experience throughout all touch points
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining exceptional standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge
- Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations, negotiate and handle objections with ease
- Assist after-sales clients when a Cartier after-sales dedicated area/staff is not available, and reference and recommend exceptional experiences
- Remain current on industry news and competitor developments
- Manage client relationships: cultivate new and existing relationships through service and CRM initiatives, capture client data, resolve issues, and work with management on events
Understand and comply with all security and operational policies, assist with daily set-up and breakdown, merchandising, daily maintenance, inventories, cycle counts, and special projects
