• Your role as a Finance Intern
• This internship will focus on supporting the Finance and Project Accounting teams with project setup, billing support, and financial documentation while learning the fundamentals of construction accounting
• Assist with setting up new projects in the ERP system, including basic coding and data entry
• Support the entry and review of project budgets, budget changes, and financial updates
• Help research and implement analytical data strategies
• Assist with accounts receivable tracking, aging reports, and basic collections support
• Support coordination between Finance, Project Managers, and Accounts Payable as needed
• Help maintain financial documentation, including waivers, tax certificates, and contract files

Respond to internal requests and assist with administrative finance tasks as assigned

• A current student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Detail-oriented, organized, and interested in learning financial and accounting processes
• Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in an office environment
• Junior status or above
• Basic understanding of accounting or finance principles

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
