• As an Assistant Retail Manager, you play a crucial role in establishing the ambiance of the store and inspiring the team to represent our brand values for customers

• Utilize effective strategies to enlist, recruit, and groom proficient Brand Associate and Expert teams

• Someone who has worked in retail for 1-3 years and has experience in overseeing retail functions
• A person who has attained a high school diploma or its corresponding qualification
• Proficient in communication, able to interact productively with both customers and team members to reach goals
• Possess a deep enthusiasm for retail and excel in rapidly changing environments
• Compelled by data-driven criteria to attain success in fulfilling business objectives
• Committed to inspiring and leading others to expand their knowledge and skills through mentorship and coaching
• Skillful in using retail tech tools
• Proficient in moving around the retail space, backroom, and office environment, and capable of lifting objects weighing up to 30 pounds
