Four-year college degree and approximately: 6+ years of relevant experience for a senior level developer, 3-6 years for a mid-level developer, and 1-2 years for a junior level developer
US Citizen
B.S. degree in Computer Science or a similar relevant technical field
Possess a combination of the following:
Able to work and collaborate remotely, with Architects and Subject Matter Experts (SME), be self-directed, work independently and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner) to implement robust solutions
Experience with BPMN/orchestration/process automation
Experience with translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and workflows
Knowledge with migrating legacy BPM processes and rules to the latest version of Camunda
Experience with Java and Java web frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot
Experience of integrating Camunda with other applications via REST APIs
Experiencing leading and/or mentoring junior developers
Experience with a modern front-end framework (Angular, VueJS, React etc.)
Experience with Automated API testing using tools such as JBehave, cucumber, or Selenium

Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and an understanding of cloud technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud databases, CI/CD, serverless computing etc
