- Promote and sell medical products, devices, or supplies to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with direct and indirect customers to grow and develop business within the assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain features, benefits, and usage
- Assist in covering surgical cases in assigned territory
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
- Manage designated sales territory, including scheduling, and attending client meetings
- Provide after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving product issues
- Ensure the safe and effective use of our products in the operating room by providing clinical and educational value
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders
- Pick up, transport, deliver and maintain supplies and inventory required for demos, sales and cases
- Complete calls, customer visits, appointments as efforts to make sales and meet/exceed quotas
- Respond promptly to all chatters, emails, calls and other essential communications
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, ethical sales practices and credentialing requirements
Travel to and arrive early as needed to job sites, meetings, appointments, surgeries and training events
