  • Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s
  • You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service
  • Cartier Client Relations Training and Development Intern
  • The Cartier Client Relations Center (CRC) is the Maison’s main hub of client connection
  • This experience will expose the CRC intern to all pillars of the business that are crucial in sustaining the constant growth and development of 100+ Leaders and Ambassadors
  • Through daily touchpoints, the intern’s role is to optimize ways of working from a Learning & Development lens to ensure we are meeting the client’s every need at every stage of the experience
  • The intern will focus on three main areas:
  • Learning Advocate
  • Manage a calendar of virtual Knowledge and Learning sessions
  • Host mini learning sessions with the team on topics directly and indirectly related to the CRC Ambassador role and priorities
  • Resource Builder
  • Review and create L&D resources based on new or updated information via SharePoint
  • Identify learning topics from daily team chat, common/unique questions, and client communication transcripts
  • Organization Champion
  • Create a PowerPoint template exclusive to CRC for visual branding

Update existing presentations into new format for consistency and continuity

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as to empower and assist others to achieve success
  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships
  • Must be age 18 or older to participate
  • Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 2nd - August 8th)

Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Excel) or comparable products

  • You will be partnered with a Mentor during this program, who will serve as a subject matter expert and leader to ensure your immersion and direction support the learning experience
  • Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel

Salary: $20-25/hour
