Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client communications, managing escalations, and ensuring a high level of service across all interactions. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the overall client experience.

  • Manage and resolve client escalations and complex situations
  • Oversee daily customer service operations
  • Ensure a high standard of client communication and satisfaction
  • Support and guide team members in handling client interactions
  • Monitor performance and identify areas for service improvement

Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication

Требования

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • Direct-to-consumer (B2C) experience handling client complaints, escalations, and high-touch client interactions
  • Proven ability to manage difficult clients and resolve complex situations professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional, articulate, and composed under pressure
  • Reliable computer and a quiet, professional home office setup
  • Flexible schedule (may include evenings and/or weekends)
