• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general fixtures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing repair or maintenance, reporting any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of facilities for events and special projects
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of building facilities, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
• Handle waste management, including recycling and disposal of hazardous materials as needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime

• Primary work environment is the production floor
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time

Occasion stooping and walking will be required

• Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift
• Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns
• Proven experience in building maintenance or facility management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
