• Assist in shaping and prioritizing the team's backlog
• Contribute to feature development: decomposition, coding, and maintaining solutions
• Focus on implementing business logic for key features
• Present your features during design reviews to discuss architecture and implementation

Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues

• Strong proficiency in Python with 3+ years of experience in backend
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience with relational databases
• Hands-on experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)
• Intermediate English level or higher
• Readiness to work in Belgrade, Serbia (we help with relocation)
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar code
• The ability to perform tasks quickly and efficiently
• The desire and ability to work for results
