We are looking for a Product Designer (Mobile) to help shape the future of Flix mobile experiences, making travel seamless for millions of users worldwide. In this role, you’ll be one of the key contributor to developing high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly Mobile designs that enhance our passengers journey where our mobile teams are responsible for the travel onboarding journey and post-booking experience, ensuring our app is the most convenient travel companion for our passengers.
- You’ll be joining the Android Team under the Mobile Cluster in our Customer Experience Stream - Demand Division. You will be a part of a diverse team of individuals and actively collaborate with the product owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
- In this role, you will create intuitive and efficient user interfaces , shape complex workflows into clear and simple customer experiences.
- Drive a mobile-first design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to shipped experience
- Influence roadmap decisions through strong product design thinking and evidence-based design
- Champion accessibility ( WCAG ) as a core design principle, not an afterthought
- Own complete mobile user journeys, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability
- Translate research and behavioral data into validated, high-impact solutions
- Identify and close UX gaps that affect conversion, retention, and satisfaction
- Design for real-world constraints: performance, responsiveness, platform guidelines, and edge cases
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders around clear design direction
- Present design rationale confidently to product, engineering, and leadership
- Elevate craft standards and contribute to the evolution of our design system
- About You
- 3-4 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years of experience working on mobile applications
- Proven experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile design process and measurable impact
- Experience in travel, booking, or marketplace products is a strong plus
- Advanced mobile interaction design and prototyping skills beyond static mockups
- Strong command of Material Design
- Deep understanding of mobile platform guidelines, accessibility, and mobile development constraints
- Experience running experiments and making data-informed design decisions (A/B testing, analytics) with mobile focus
