• This is a field-based Bilingual Medicare Sales Field Agent role focused on in-person, community, and virtual engagement to educate and enroll members in Medicare Advantage and supplemental products
• The position drives local market growth through grassroots outreach, in-home visits, and self-generated sales while operating within a team of 8–12 agents and reporting to regional leadership
• Educate prospects and members about Humana Medicare Advantage plans and supplemental offerings (Life, Dental, Vision, Prescription)
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and in-home visits with prospective members as a primary sales channel
• Represent Humana at community events, grassroots marketing activities, and local outreach to build trust and relationships
• Generate and convert leads to meet individual sales and performance goals
• Manage a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions to support the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with Senior Manager and Regional Director to align on market strategy and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies, licensing, and regulatory requirements
• Complete mandatory training (first five weeks) and participate in ongoing coaching and development
• Location: Remote, field-based within the PA PHLD METRO (Philadelphia metro) designated territory
• Work arrangement: Field-based role with a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions; requires residence in the territory and regular in-person member visits

Schedule: Typically 40 hours/week; meetings and events may require evening or weekend availability

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain required state license
• Bilingual fluency in English and either Chinese or Korean (speak, read, write) — must pass a federal Interagency Language Rating (ILR) assessment
• Must reside in the designated local territory to serve the community effectively (Remote PA PHLD METRO / Philadelphia metro)
• Comfortable conducting daily face-to-face and in-home visits with prospective members
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher per state requirements)
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends for appointments and events
• Ability to pass driving safety checks and motor vehicle record (MVR) review under Humana’s Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program
• Availability to attend mandatory initial training (first five weeks)

• Salary range (base + commission with guarantee): $80,000 - $125,000 per year (full-time, 40 hours/week); actual earnings vary by performance and location
