As a Junior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) , you will support our national growth strategy by assisting in the acquisition and management of bus partners, handling licensing, permitting, and timetable administration, preparing contracts and legal documentation, and collaborating across departments — contributing to the development of strong, long-lasting partnerships that form the backbone of our nationwide route network.
- This position comes with a fixed‑term maternity cover contract.
- Manage the win-win relationship with our partners and help to answer their queries
- Administration and archiving of license applications, requests for approval, issuing or modification of timetables
- Oversee simpler administrative proceedings towards public authorities and s upport the launch of our business and the bus network
- Prepare documentation for public procurement procedures, as well as involuntary collection procedures claims
- Drafting simpler contracts and other company legal acts, alongside defecating the bus station consents
- Reply to submissions and pleadings from government authorities, legal persons, and natural persons
- Cooperate with other Flix departments to prepare the documentation and procedures for processing timetables and permits
- About You
- A commercial mindset with eagerness to learn client acquisition and partner development
- Genuine interest in Flix's business model and the mobility/transportation industry; existing market contacts are a bonus
- Basic understanding of administrative and regulatory procedures, including licensing, permitting, and public procurement processes
- Ability to assist in drafting contracts, legal acts, and official correspondence with public authorities and stakeholders
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and collaborating across departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
