The Production Packer is responsible for proficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring quality standards are being met which meet/exceed customer expectations in a Safe, Cost Effective and Efficient manner. Collaborate with team members to provide efficient strategies on the production floor.

• Dedication to consistent attendance
• Ability and willingness to follow food safety and manufacturing protocols.
• Ability to understand English and perform basic math functions.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Required Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Required Education:

• 10-hour work shifts Monday through Thursday Day shift: 6:15 am to 4:35 pm Friday overtime mandatory- (Depending on business needs) No weekends!
