We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team in the Sacramento area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Family Law. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our clients while supporting the firm's mission and values.

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
• Represent clients in negotiations and litigation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases while managing your own caseload effectively.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case progress and respond to inquiries.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of family law.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients' interests.
• Proficient in legal research methodologies and tools such as Westlaw.
• Exceptional writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.
• Prior legal administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
