To oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple business units

• Manage the month-end close process, including preparation and review of financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff; ensure accurate and timely completion of daily accounting functions
• Review financials, variance analyses, and cash flow reporting
• Oversee accounting for multiple entities and intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with operations, finance leadership, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors

Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports and analyses to support decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at xrczosw least 2 years in a supervisory or senior-level role
• ERP system experience required (Yardi reference removed-you can sub in your system of choice)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
