• Review and analyze will and trust provisions
• Meet and communicate directly with sophisticated clients on estate planning matters
• Prepare fiduciary Inventories
• Prepare Federal, Maryland and DC estate tax returns
• Prepare Federal gift tax returns

Facilitate trust administrations

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
• The candidate must be a team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Hybrid Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team in the Finance industry
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in estate administration, paralegal certification, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• The position is full-time and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience
• 3+ years of prior estate administration experience and appropriate educational background
• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Prior experience preparing estate and gift tax returns and understanding will and trust provisions is essential

• Salary $100,000 - $125,000 per year
