The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating meetings and events, and managing travel arrangements for clients and government officials
Provide administrative support through scheduling meetings with clients and government officials/offices
Coordinate fly-in days for clients by scheduling meetings on Capitol Hill and additional meetings/logistics
Plan and execute events and political fundraisers for the firm
Book travel arrangements and prepare/process expense reports
Provide support with tracking billable time entries and deadlines
Additional special projects and tasks as required

A bachelor's degree is required
Strong detail orientation with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent communication and customer/client service skills
Federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations
