We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing POS systems, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred, along with a solid understanding of hospitality and food handling protocols. The bartender will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Assist with food service when required, including serving food at bars or banquet events.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest ages when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy nights or events such as nightclub nights or banquets.
• Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Required Experience:
• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclubs, catering, or banquet settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential.
• Strong skills in sales, customer service, and retail math are beneficial.
• Experience in brewing or the food industry will be considered a plus.
