• Perform a variety of activities to maintain plant equipment and facilities in optimum operating condition
• Scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency/break down reports and maintenance (lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components, observing operations, vibrations & noise levels
• Following all safety rules and practices
• Referencing equipment manuals and other technical literature
• Contacting & working with vendors and sub-contractors
• Accurately using measurement and testing equipment
• Performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system and other repairs and installations as needed
• Safely operating the boiler
• Accurately & completely preparing & maintaining maintenance records
• Troubleshooting & solving problems
• Maintaining teamwork with other associates
• Keeping supervision informed of problems & other maintenance situations

Performing other maintenance duties, as assigned

• Candidates must successfully complete an online Non-Technical General Maintenance Test, an online Technical General Maintenance Test and an Interview
• Employment Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment Health Assessment, Drug Screen and Background Check prior to starting work
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Well-rounded electrical, mechanical & machine shop skills and experience

Ability to learn and follow instructions

• Starting Rate : $30.80/hr Category/Shift : Hourly Full-Time (6pm - 6am - 4 Days on, 4 Days off) Physical Location : Biglerville Container 136 E
