• Support the daily operations of the Trading business through effective internal reporting and workflow coordination
• Assist with client onboarding and address trade lifecycle queries along with other operational inquiries
• Help maintain documentation, develop playbooks, and ensure operational procedures are up-to-date
• Collaborate with sales on complex RFPs and Due Diligence documents focused on the Prime business
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel to perform financial reporting and generate insights
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to weekly and monthly reports within the Trading business
• Identify operational gaps and inconsistencies in the data, helping to drive solutions
• Work closely with RevOps, TradeOps, Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to facilitate trading processes and meet client needs
• Coordinate small projects and workflow improvements to ensure timely delivery on objectives
• Support the rollout of new product features or operational changes by gathering requirements and conducting user testing
• Client & Internal Interaction:
• Participate in client and internal discussions to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure action items are followed up on
• Maintain open communication regarding product and service enhancements

• 1-3 years of experience in business operations, financial services, or trading support (internships included)
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem structuring, data handling, and clear communication of insights
• Familiarity with financial markets or crypto, or a desire to learn rapidly
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
