- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on topics at the intersection of loyalty programs, promotion and offer strategies, membership experiences, and subscription models
Act as a consultant across one or more project types or phases within end-to-end programs, including identifying and evaluating strategic options, designing concepts, analyzing and forecasting proposition economics, developing detailed business rules, selecting and implementing technology, planning go-to-market strategies, and executing activation efforts
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data and analytics, experience design, digital product, and delivery teams, to shape and execute integrated projects seamlessly
- Empower account managers and sales teams by providing the knowledge, materials, strategies, and support needed to align the organization's solutions with evolving client needs
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging internal and external networks to drive growth
- Evaluate new business opportunities, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), create compelling proposals and presentations, establish relationships with senior clients and prospects, and help close new deals
- Contribute to thought leadership by authoring and supporting the development of research, white papers, and articles on relevant industry topics
- Represent the organization as a loyalty and promotions expert at various industry events, conferences, and forums as needed
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with external partners to enhance the growth and impact of practice-related initiatives
Collaborate with the Global Lead for Generative Loyalty and the broader leadership team to refine and advance the organization's offerings and go-to-market strategies
