- As a Global Rewards Associate (equity, pay, benefits) in a centralized model. Resolve high-volume queries via ticketing, manage multi-country compliance, and use data analytics to enhance employee experience.

- What you’ll do
- Front-line Support: Serve as the primary (Tier 1/2) contact for employees and managers, resolving complex queries regarding pay, equity, and benefits within strict timelines.
- Payroll & Data Integrity: Partner with payroll to ensure accurate processing and manage all compensation-related data within Workday to maintain high audit standards.
- Global Integration: Collaborate with the Global Compensation team to standardize rewards programs and policies across different regions and business units.
- Program Administration: Support the end-to-end execution of total rewards, including base pay, bonuses, incentives, and benefits communication.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in HR shared services and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of benefit plans and compensation data to ensure organizational and legal compliance.
- What you’ll bring
- Education & Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field) plus 3–5 years of specialized experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards programs.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Workday and advanced data tools is essential, specifically expert-level Google Sheets/Excel skills (pivot tables, large data manipulation, and statistical analysis).
- Global Shared Services: Proven ability to navigate multicultural environments and manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographic locations, ideally within a shared services model.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong quantitative skills for market benchmarking and the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and accurate reports.
- Project & Process Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a structured, systematic, and detail-oriented approach to deadlines.
- Communication & Integrity: Excellent English communication skills with a focus on resolving conflicts with integrity and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive compensation data.
