• Lead Group Classes: Conduct engaging, safe, and high-energy striking classes for various skill levels (beginner to advanced)
• Technical Instruction: Demonstrate and teach proper form, footwork, and striking techniques specific to your discipline
• Curriculum Development: Assist in refining class structures to ensure students are consistently progressing
• Safety First: Maintain a safe training environment by monitoring sparring sessions and ensuring proper use of equipment

Student Engagement: Build rapport with members, providing constructive feedback and motivation to help them reach their goals

• Communication: Ability to break down complex movements into easy-to-understand instructions
• Reliability: Punctual, professional, and committed to the growth of the gym

Passion: A genuine desire to teach and a positive, "ego-free" attitude

Expertise: Proven experience and/or high-level ranking , Black Belt or recognized Coaching Certification in Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Karate, or similar striking arts
